These terms and conditions govern your use of the services provided by the Site which you agree to be bound by in accessing the Site. The "Site" refers to "keithorlando.com" and the "Shop" refers to "keithorlando.com/shop" henceforth.

Trademarks Disclaimer

LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group of companies which does not sponsor, authorize or endorse this Site. Some products sold in the shop may contain small LEGO® parts that are NOT suitable for and may pose a hazard to children under 3 years of age.

Privacy

Cookies are used to store session IDs that link information about users who visit the Shop, including products added to the cart. All traffic through the Site is encrypted using 256-bit SSL encryption with a modern cipher suite (TLS 1.2 when supported).

The Site does not store any user information submitted through contact forms and soley authorizes the release of such information to the transactional email provider SendGrid to process and send inquiries to the appropriate recipient.

All credit cards and shipping addresses are securely processed with the payment processor Stripe and are never stored on the Site's server.

Payment

The Site accepts online payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, and PayPal. By placing an order on the Site, you warrant that:

  1. all payment information provided by you is truthful and accurate;
  2. the credit card or PayPal account you use to pay for your order has sufficient funds to cover the full transaction amount of your order, and is active and has not expired or been cancelled;
  3. you are the holder (or an authorized user) of the credit cart or PayPal account you use to pay for your order, and you authorize the full transaction amount of your order to be charged to your designated card or PayPal account.

All listing prices are in U.S. Dollars.

Return Policy

All sales are final. The nature of the products sold at the Shop warrants a no return policy, unless otherwise stated. Damages incurred by the shipping carrier are out of the scope of this policy and should be dealt with accordingly, through the given shipping carrier.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KEITHORLANDO.COM, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, WHETHER OR NOT KEITHORLANDO.COM HAS BEEN WARNED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. KEITHORLANDO.COM'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100.

Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, artwork, and computer code (collectively, "Content"), including but not limited to the design, structure, coordication, expression, "look and feel", and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Site is owned, controlled or licensed by or to Keith Orlando, and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

No part of the Site and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, website or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without Keith Orlando's express prior written consent.
